I like to read about philosophy, Buddhist ideas, and psychology. I think I would enjoy studying them. Is there a place to do this that can lead to some sort of career? What kind of career?

Yes, you can, but such careers will slowly take you away from enjoyment you derive from these subjects as there will be defined goals, timelines and delivery frameworks and other processes you will need to adhere to - just like in any other career. So if you really, really and really enjoy the subject don't kill it by turning it in to a day job, rather start some online community project or host some local speaking event, share your views or write a book on why you got interested in such subjects; how it has changed you over a period of time; about your self-transformation.
