How do I get a good price on the sale of a domain name without risking an accusation of cybersquatting?

People can accuse you of whatever they want. If the domain was not registered in bad faith (it wasn't) and isn't being used to confuse people looking for the website of other companies, there is no case for cybersquatting and the domain cannot be taken from you.

As to how to sell it to those companies, the best thing to do would be to sit on it and wait for them to contact you. That increases your leverage in negotiations and will get you a higher price.
