You can earn from your Quora blog content, but outside of Quora platform.
You can auto-publish all your blog contents ( including your answers ) to some external platform using rss, and if your external website attracts a lot traffic and has adsense enabled, you could expect increase in visitors due to new content and hence more clicks/money.
Similarly you could also re-purpose the quora content ( using rss ) over multiple channels using Hootsuite or similar tool.
I am not much of a blogger or content writer but i have helped many reputed bloggers in growing their earning by re-purposing original content to multiple channels using various marketing automation tools
