Make sure you understand that most IT jobs are same ( not differs at a vary large scale) so do some introspection considering your capabilities and personal nature and come out with a long term goals and work towards those, else you will end like in almost similar situation in your next job and next to next job. Is it volume of work that gets spill over weekend, or your company culture, or something that you were not able control.
Also reflect upon if you really want to work for IT in a long term or you have some other passions that is not getting enough attention and you are spending all your mental energy on this conflicting mess.
