What books should I learn to improve my writing skills as an evolving writer?

Beware of any advice on writing, even this. Because it is not about skills, it is about you. Writing is more about engaging your readers than your writing skills.
Write for the readers. Who and where are your readers? Online/Book/Novel,  Novice/Advanced
I would suggest: start writing with your current skills, share it with others, publish it online, join some writing community groups for regular feedback and mentors.
Few of my favorite quotes on writing :
Writing means sharing. It's part of the human condition to want to share things - thoughts, ideas, opinions.   -Paulo Coelho
“It’s none of their business that you have to learn to write. Let them think you were born that way.” -Ernest Hemingway
“Making people believe the unbelievable is no trick; it’s work. … Belief and reader absorption come in the details: An overturned tricycle in the gutter of an abandoned neighborhood can stand for everything.”  -Stephen King
“When your story is ready for rewrite, cut it to the bone. Get rid of every ounce of excess fat. This is going to hurt; revising a story down to the bare essentials is always a little like murdering children, but it must be done.”  -Stephen King
“Writing is easy. You only need to stare at a blank piece of paper until drops of blood form on your forehead.” - Gene Fowle
