Why do people working in big MNC always give advice to join startup even though they themselves didn't quit their MNC job and join a startup?

Because they want to earn a small fortune without too much of risk; and they are letting their creativity go away for the sake of fancy offices. They can't tell as it won't be easy.  I am working in MNC and have worked in startups. You make sure that you don't burnout while working for a start-up.
