You just can't target 10 years. Pick any job it will either get automated or you will need different skills to do the same job.  In the technology domains, things will transform faster so much so that in next years you will have to re-skill yourself 3 times at-least.

Apart from your core skills you will need to put a lot of efforts in marketing your skills to beat the competition as more and more jobs will go to algorithms. Moreover jobs are transforming with disruptive technologies and "Work is Workship" is no longer true
