They say that there is a relationship between science and spirituality. Is that true? If it is, how is it related?

Science is like a candle in the dark; you can take one step at a time and you can't go that far. If your goal is to obtain the knowledge about the object Science can help because there is a clear distinction between the "observer" and the "object/observer". In spirituality this  distinction blurs or gets diminished and at some stage knowledge may become barrier
